The whole process of creating the works, working with the curator Sandra Mbanefo-Obiagu on selecting the pieces, the balanced arrangement of the whole space of Temple Muse… I loved the glitter of glass( from the watercolor paintings and from the champagne bottles, etc) there was this heady feeling of overwhelming glam.
Somehow, my work still made sense while discussing contemporary realities and the human condition. Now I am in limbo, thinking of the next ‘idea’. The present becomes more interesting. Focus is needed. One must start with the simplest ideas.
